DEAD CALM

I took this photo driving to the casino early one morning. What is is about the early morning that gives everything this calm and peaceful feeling? This is a very dry, dirt, wash and everything in it is dead... and still it looks very calm.

JUST A LITTLE WATER

I've always liked the rain. There is just something about it that is soothing and relaxing and I love the day after a good rain when the rain has washed away the smog and the air seems so crisp and the sky so clear. We got just a little rain in the very early morning and I've been waiting to for it. Me and my camera have been waiting to use the macro feature on some rain drops. Here's a couple of the dozen pics I took.
