AT THE ZOO

I thought I'd do something a little different and show some moving pictures. Okay a couple of regular ones to show you what the quality of the pics should look like if they weren't in the video. This one is for entertainment purposes and hope you find it entertaining.

SPEAKING OF FLOWERS....

I've been going through old photos. I've watched the Rose Parade since I was a kid and even though it's only been about 20 minutes away (driving distance), I'd never gone. Over the last few years I would go the day after just to see the floats up close and personal. I've always loved the detail and the work that goes into making the floats not to mention all of the beautiful flowers. Please click on any picture to see a larger view.

I haven't taken any pictures in the last couple of days so I thought I'd post some of my favorite from this past Tournament of Roses Parade. This was the first one I attended and I still went back the next day to take pictures of the floats.



If you love flowers like I do, this is a photographer's dream!


The only problem becomes picking only a few of the many you took to post (smile).

THE MUSEUMS

I have another blop called Down Around L.A. where I post photos of places I visit around L.A., sort of my rediscovery of a place I've lived all my life. I realized I had not been to many places in a very long time or had never seen some places at all. I set out on a quest to rediscover L.A.

Anywho, I was trying to organize my many, many photos and thought I'd post some of shots of things I've seen at the different museums. I've posted them on the other site individual and in slideshows because there are so many pics.
