Monochrome Monday

Talk about two extremes for my Monday posts - this one in black and white and then the brightest of yellow in the next. I hope you enjoy them both.

These are the most gorgeous photographs. I love your photos and it's a joy to come here and visit. I have looked at several posts while catching up. Each one is so enjoyable. Thanks for sharing them all.

There is something about a rose that lends itself to to B&W - I think it echoes the curves found in the human body. Other flowers don't work so well when colourless.

These roses look totally gorgeous in b&w - I love the detail!
Well done

They're so gorgeous, fine and delicate. B&W reveals all its beauty. That's a wonderful present for today's post.
Have a great week !

This is sooo beautiful!! Roses dosn`t need any colours to be gorgeous! You catched the beauty soooo good :)

I like flowers shown in black & white...it allows their texture to take center stage instead of their color.

They are beautiful and put me in mind of a glorious summer day. (Btw, your Sandman comment got a laugh out of me... (: I remember going up to Bear Mountain for a snow fix when we lived in Santa Ana.)

Roses entrance me. The angle of the second one is so unusual. Soft, charming.

Roses are just about the only coloured flower that manages to look just as perfect in B&W. You have two absolutely beautiful photos here.
