Watery Wednesday #22

These were taken up at the lake by me, Bonelli Park. With all the rain we've finally received the water level is way up. In fact, any of the picnic tables near the edge are completely submerged and the water is up over the small piers people use to fish from.

The ducks seemed to like sitting on the tops of the tables.

Great photos, the ducks are so cute but love the one with the tree. I am pretty partial to trees. You've had a lot of rain out there then?

Rob - Thank you. :-)

Denise - We got a really great rain and it was much needed and 12 inches of snow in the mountains.

Awww Look at the duckies!!! I had left a comment on WW asking if the dock was flooded, now I know!
I think we're in for severe weather here in SE Mo tonight - there's tornado watches just west of here! That's the ONE THING I don't like about spring!

Way up? But by how much. Now you've got me curious. I'll have to check out some of my California data sets!

All that tree needs is a swing to swing over the water and jump in.
Lovely shots. Smiles B

Very good pictures. I'm glad you finally got some rain. The ducks look as if they're enjoying themselves!

I like the angle of the first one. The tree is nice in the water.

Loved Kden's comment!

I was thinking on a very hot day how nice it would be to sit in your bathing suit at one of those tables! :)

I love the shape of the tree. My vision is a dancer with one leg high in the air.

Isn't that always the way? First you pray for rain, and then it floods! Looks like the ducks are delighted, though.
