Spring Is Coming

I'm sure those of you who live where it snows can't wait for Spring. It's coming! We don't get snow here but even here our botanical gardens have been a little thread bare. Things are starting to bloom again. The fruit trees are breaking our in little flowers, daffodils are in blooms as well as other things like peonies. And the magnolia trees! Wow! Here are just a few shots of some of the flowers in bloom at Descanso Gardens. I'll post a few more tomorrow for Today's Flowers.

Beautiful flowers. This is my favorite time of year when all the trees have the pretty flowers on them.

Thanks, we needed this. We are getting snow again today. :( Perhaps we will be getting our flowers in a few more weeks. Thanks for bringing us hope.

YaY!!! Spring flowers & not from last spring either! So pretty! We got about 3-4 inches of snow over the weekend - so I'm not real happy about that, but Spring will come - I have to be patient! Thank you so much for sharing these photos!!!

How fantastic TB. I love spring the most of all the seasons. The purple flower at the end is fascinating as it is such a rich color.
