My second trip (hold on, the pics are coming - smile), sitting in traffic was worse but I was on a closer street. There were moments when we literally just sat for five minutes. After an hour to get about 10 blocks I FINALLY made it. So, here are some pics.

It such a colourful sparkling my worl today.
I think most towns have an area that goes all out...leastwise they used to. We did here, but come to think of it, they don't do it anymore. Glad you still have one!
It's fun to find a place where so many neighbors have gone all out with the decorations!
Man that's a lot of the Christmas spirit there.
T: What a fun post of the decorations in your area of the world.
WOw, these are like gingerbread decorations! I cannot imagine their electric bill, lol.
I'm sorry you had problems with traffic, but the pictures certainly make it worthwhile! Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas.
Gee, thats fantastic light show.
Lovely night shots, the colours turned out very well.
Oh wow, someone should collect entrance fee :). Now, I would be walking up and down and not stay in traffic. Man, you are patient :)
Happy holidays.
Beautiful Christmas decorations! I'm glad you had the patience to sit in the traffic to take the photos and share them with us'ns. I'm afraid I wouldn't have had the patience to do it. Have a wonderful Christmas!
I agree with kayleen, I don't think I would have gone there if I had to sit in that much traffic. So thank you for going, taking pics, and sharing them with us.
Beautiful photo's!
Hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
Mmm... if I'm gonna go through all that they'd better be doing better than a fat man and some Keeblers at the end of it all. At 10 blocks an hour there better be some scantily clad Santa's Little Helpers goin' on.
Appreciate the photos! They're amazing! Full of holiday spirit, but I'm not sure I would have had your patience in getting there! Thanks and have a beautiful and merry Christmas!
Those are spectacular displays. I enjoyed them very much. I invite you to come visit my post about Powell River and see some of the sites we have to offer. -- Margy
Over the topa and so hilarious. Merry christmas.
Wow! It's so elaborate. Look like it was worth it. I especially like Surfin Santa and the crazy looking elves.
Great captures. I wonder if the home owners would like copies?
Have a Merry Christmas!
I love visiting these kinds of Christmasy neighborhoods. There is so much to see and take in. I especially like walking down these streets because they can be so mesmorizing.
I am so glad you had the endurance to eventually get these for us. They are lovely!! Thanks
great shots...decorations remind me of the old days in pasadena when we would go out to christmas tree lane and see the lights...that was many many years ago when i was a youngster in southern califronia.
as always enjoy coming to visit your bloggie.
