Sky Watch Friday #15

I forgot it was Friday. I'm going in late for jury duty today so I have just enough time to do my Sky Watch Friday post. I thought I'd do a color shot and a black and white one from my last trip to the beach. There wasn't a cloud in the sky that day.

Glad you had time to post these! I love that pelican shot..really good! And the curve of the wings in that last one is so artistic looking against the blue sky! Cool!

That B&W shot is wonderful!

I may be shallow, but I want to see the pelican in color! I do love the gracefulness of both birds. Come see my rainbow for SWF.

Oh wow! I really love the black and white pellican shot! Awesome with the palms and building... WOW!

As for mine... the shadow is from the clouds below on my actual blog. The intro for Skywatch was a sun dog. No fires. Just sky and light.

The birds are great... the black & white has great contrast & the wing shape on the second is very interesting... Happy Weekend!

T: I must confess that I'm a guy who goes for color shots, but that first shot is really nice. Thanks for sharing them both for SWF.

The palm trees in the black and white add a lot to the image. I guess I won't be afraid to post a B&W skywatch photo anymore. Yours looks great.

Those are 2 great shots - both of the sky and yet both so different and unique in their own ways. I guess the colors can change everything.
