Watery Wednesday #39

If you haven't checked out Watery Wednesday, what are you waiting for? If you've never been cyber wet, here's your chance! Click here or on the icon at the end of the post to visit my Watery Wednesday meme and see the wonderful variety of watery shots form all over the world.

I wasn't sure what to post this week - flowers, leaves... I opted for both.

If you visited last week you might remember my story that as I was walking around Descanso Gardens the sprinklers came on and I had a field day taking shots of the flowers sprinkled with water. These are more of those shots.

Love the orange macro. Very Georgia O'Keefe. The leaf photo makes me want to reach in and grab some of that wet.

Those are really soaking wet leaves and flowers. Love the details of the dewdrops. Your post is just perfect for our dreamy and almost rainy climate today.

Pretty delightful images. I was in the same boat too, I couldn't make up my mind what to post. Ended up posting a man on a boat.

Your drenched leaves and flowers are great shots...superb droplets. I remember your post from last week so well, it was one of those rare magical shots like something out of fairyland.

All three are pretty, but I LOVE the third image. That fill-the-frame yellow that is really striking.

The effect of water droplets on flowers is always striking, & the macro perspective makes it even more so! Love the look of the leaves in water, too!

Incredible photos! Even without the water sprinklers your close-ups would be spectacular but the water makes them exquisite. Fantastic!
