I don't think I've ever seen a flamingo play in the water the way this one did. He couldn't seem to get enough of dunking itself in the water. I'm glad I was able to get some pretty good shots.

Is this Flamingo? They are so pretty, their color is very unique.. I never seen like this in the Philippines.Nice shot!
You know what's funny, I live in Forida and have only ever seen those plastic pink flamingos people put in their yard! The real ones are so much prettier, great photos.
Such a pretty creature! I really love going around meme particpants, I get to see lovely photos of subjects I too want to photograph! Thanks for the inspiration.
Great captures. Made me laugh.

What lovely photos in your last two posts ... the flamingos are BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks for visiting my collage of Molly at Play this weekend at Happily Retired Gal!
Hugs and blessings,
I think flamingos are one of the most fascinating birds around...funny and graceful all at the same time. Great shots here...
Oh my goodness - REAL ones and not the plastic kind! Nice photos. ;-)
That's a pretty pink flamingo. The funny thing about Florida is that you would think it is the state bird by the stereotype of the plastic ones featured on lawns, but they are not native here, nor do you ever see them. We do have spoonbills though ...
Oh I'm so jealous of you to be able to see these beautiful birds in person. This is one bird I have never seen. Such beautiful shots; magazine worthy!
Looks like he is talking to you in the last shot. Love them
