Today's Flowers

Up at the lake by my house I walked up over to the top of a hill and as I cleared the top of the hill the first picture is what laid out before be, almost a field of lavendar and purple daisies (if they're actually daisies). I thought it was was so pretty especially with the lake as a background.

Oh what a coincidence. I had those in my outdoor pots last year. here we call them Star Eye. Looking at the center the name is understandable. Think that they actually grown in such an abundance on freeland. That first image has such natural beauty. A lovely place. The butterfly is lovely too.
Amamzing that there is such a climate somewhere to already have produced all this beauty while others are plodding along in slush.

WOW! A whole field of Osteospermum -- How cool! We grow them as annuals here and usually in pots. ;-)

I love that butterfly, was trying to capture one yesterday but wasn't as perfect as yours here. The bed of daisies look so neat too, so dainty.

That view would be a treat to come upon, by accident that way!! They are lovely flowers, too! I am going to have to look up that name osteospermum that EG Tourguide said, although I prefer Tarolino's star eyes, better!

I love the landscape, there is nothing more beautiful than a meadow full of flowers. Delightful close ups as well, culminating with the added butterfly.

Oh...these are so pretty. What a lovely scene to come upon! Your close ups are spectacular - so clear. I, too, posted flowers, but for Scenic Sunday. I think they may be the same kind as yours, but pink. Enjoy...
